Refunds. The R 99 will-template purchase includes a voluntary 7-calendar-day refund offer for unused paid output. This offer does not limit statutory rights. Activation, generation or download is not by itself consent to early performance or a waiver of cooling-off rights. For monthly vault renewals, give cancellation notice to support@wheniamgone.co.za before the next billing date; its validity does not depend on our approval. Advertisement cancellations are assessed against work actually performed and lawful, non-recoverable third-party costs. Statutory cooling-off and service-quality remedies prevail. Wills Act notice. A will document generated by When I Am Gone is a draft until printed and signed in the presence of two competent witnesses, as required by the Wills Act 7 of 1953. Electronic wills are not valid under South African law.
